My Anti-Animal Cruelty poster for [link] 's contest 
This is Miyah (Maya). Shes a 2 year old husky mix that we rescued from an abusive home when she was 14 weeks old. When we brought her home, she was covered from head to toe in mud and dirt. They kept her outside in a kennel because she pee'd when she got scared or over excited, which made them furious, which resulted in the abuse. NOW she has a (not so) little brother, Winston, and is a happy healthy doggie.

D'aww! I had a dog that we took from the SPA. We kept him for 3 years, then we had to give him. He was a really great dog. We should all adopt SPA animals instead of animals from pet shops.
